About
Scott and Stephanie Jones, senior pastors
Three years ago we were living in Kalamazoo, Michigan, serving as Assistant Pastors at a wonderful church. One day, The Lord initiated something that would change our lives!
During a time of prayer I (Stephanie) had a clear vision. I saw myself flying south over the United States and I knew I was heading towards South Carolina. As I flew along the coast line, I saw a large, 30 ft tall knight standing inland, and I heard a voice say the word “Knightsville”. I had never heard of a place called Knightsville before. Then, the Lord Jesus said “this is a good place to plant a church” and He handed me a mandate containing the blueprints for us to plant a church in Knightsville, SC. A house “that beats with the heart of David”.
Scott came home and I told him of the whole experience. Then, we did what any good Christian would do. We logged on to the Internet to find out if there was indeed a place called “Knightsville” in South Carolina! Amazingly………there was.

We arrived in Summerville in September 2008. Sunday morning services were launched in April 2009. The rest is history…..
About our history
We received training at the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship School of Ministry both as students and as staff. Stephanie is from England and Scott is from Kalamazoo MI. For the last 6 years we have served as Associate Pastors at New Day Community Church, Kalamazoo, MI, where we oversaw the counseling, prayer and prophetic ministries. It is always our desire to see others learn and grow in these areas.

About our Family
Scott is from Detroit, Michigan and Stephanie is originally from England, U.K. We met at TACF School of Ministry in Toronto, Canada, in 1998. We fell in love, trained and worked (in that order!). In September 2008, we relocated to South Carolina with our two sons, Samuel (5), Isaac (3), and our two daughters, Lily (18 months) and Matilda (newborn). I think we are done now….yes WE ARE all done with having babies.
Our children are amazing! We are learning more of the mysteries of God through our 5 year old son than we could have expected. Recently Sam said “Daddy, you are big!” He paused. He thought and continued, “and I am little”. It is in moments like these that we truly understand the sentiments of child-like faith. We want to live in that place too, don”t you? Father, you are big….and we are little.

Hi, I just read all your info (it was click on add on myspace).
Very interesting, sounds good. I’m a member of Antioch Christian Fellowship in s’ville. I live near Knightsville and that was a great story of your vision. I went to your suggested youtube vid to see the whole story but couldn’t find it. Knightsville is a little ways from the Ponds. Is your gym with the Y? Anyway, God bless and praise Jesus.
Hi Carolyn,
Thanks for your comment. We are meeting at the YMCA @ The Ponds (which is in Knightsville Schools, and apparently is part of Knightsville - who knew!).
Thanks for the tip about the link - I will solve that problem now. You can hear the whole story by clicking on our “media” tab ad scrolling down to the very fist video. Or follow this link:

Feel free to come and visit us some time.
Blessings!
Stephanie.
Hi Stephanie,
Your story is a neat one, and it has me thinking about my own potential goals. I ask for your prayers because for a year or so (give or take) I have had a longing to move to South Carolina. I have never been there, and I don’t know anyone there. But unlike you, I haven’t had a dream, vision, or any other conformation, just a longing. Admittedly, I am attracted to the climate, and I am looking for a change for my family and me (that is one motive) but it is also a deep longing that I am not sure comes from me or the Lord. I live in Topeka, Kansas. I have a husband (who doesn’t like to travel) and two teenage boys. It does not seem reasonable or feasable to make such a move at this point of our lives, yet the thought does not seem to escape me. I happened on to your website, heard your story, and thought that I would ask for your prayers and insight. You have a charming family, and a very bright future, and I pray you all be blessed in your godly persuits!
Davina
